Why We Don't Allow Sharing

• Zaki's Memory: Zaki learns your specific strengths and weaknesses. Sharing an account confuses the AI and leads to poor study recommendations.
• Progress Tracking: Your Question Bank stats and Study Planner will not be accurate if multiple people are using them.
• Security: Sharing your login details puts your personal data at risk.

Policy Enforcement

We monitor account activity for signs of unauthorized sharing.

• Suspension: Accounts found to be shared across multiple households or devices simultaneously may be suspended.
• No Refunds: Suspensions due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
