Account sharing policy
Updated May 29, 2026
To provide the best personalized experience, each TabeebAI account is intended for use by a single student.
Why We Don't Allow Sharing
- Zaki's Memory: Zaki learns your specific strengths and weaknesses. Sharing an account confuses the AI and leads to poor study recommendations.
- Progress Tracking: Your Question Bank stats and Study Planner will not be accurate if multiple people are using them.
- Security: Sharing your login details puts your personal data at risk.
Policy Enforcement
We monitor account activity for signs of unauthorized sharing.
- Suspension: Accounts found to be shared across multiple households or devices simultaneously may be suspended.
- No Refunds: Suspensions due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
Invite Your Friends Properly
If you have a friend who wants to use TabeebAI, encourage them to create their own starter account at tabeebai.app. They can preview core features without risking your account status.
See Plan limits and paid features for more on account types.
