App errors & slow performance

Is the app feeling slow or showing unexpected errors? Here is how to fix common technical issues.
Quick Fixes
- Refresh the Page: Most minor glitches are fixed with a simple refresh.
- Update the App: If you are using our iOS or Android app, ensure you have the latest version installed from the store.
- Check Your Connection: AI features require a stable internet connection. Switch from Mobile Data to Wi-Fi if possible.
Slow Performance
If Zaki is taking a long time to reply:
- Peak Times: During exam seasons, our servers may be busier than usual.
- Browser Extensions: Some ad-blockers or extensions can interfere with the app. Try disabling them temporarily.
Reporting a Bug
If you find a repeatable error (e.g., "The Question Bank crashes when I click Unit 3"):
- Take a screenshot.
- Note down your device type (e.g., iPhone 14, Windows PC).
- Use our WhatsApp report channel to let our engineering team know.
