Delete your account

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your TabeebAI account, please follow the steps below.

Irreversible Action

Deleting your account is permanent.

• All your study progress, Question Bank stats, and Flashcards will be lost.
• Your Study Planner data and Zaki's memory of your preferences will be erased.
• This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete

1. On the website: Open Settings → Privacy & Data, scroll to Delete account, and confirm in the dialog.
2. In the mobile app (iOS/Android): Open Settings → Profile (Account Settings), scroll to Delete account, and confirm.
3. Via email: If you cannot use the steps above, email support@tawjihiai.com from the email address associated with your account.

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Body: Please include your account email and a brief confirmation that you understand this is irreversible.

What Happens to My Data?

We will remove your personal identifiers from our active databases. Some anonymized data may be kept for analytical purposes to improve the platform for other students.
