Inbox vs subject chat
Updated May 29, 2026
Where you talk to Zaki matters. Depending on whether you are in the general Inbox or a specific Subject Room, Zaki will have different "context" to help you.
When to use the Inbox
Use the Inbox for high-level study management and general questions that don't belong to a single subject.
Scenario: Study Planning "Zaki, I have 3 hours tonight and I need to study Math and Physics. How should I split my time?" Zaki's Role: Helps you organize your schedule and suggests which units to prioritize.
When to use Subject Rooms
Use Subject Rooms when you are working through a specific course. When you open a subject (like Chemistry), Zaki "loads" the textbook and notes for that subject.
Scenario: Specific Problem Solving "Zaki, I don't understand the difference between an ionic and a covalent bond in this unit." Zaki's Role: Uses the specific Chemistry textbook context to give you a syllabus-aligned explanation.
