This guide is for parents and guardians evaluating or supporting a student on TabeebAI. We understand that the Tawjihi year is a family effort, and we are here to provide a safe, effective, and transparent study environment.

What is TabeebAI?

TabeebAI is a Tawjihi study platform for Jordan and Palestine—syllabus, practice, exams, and planning in one place. Our core features include:

• Zaki (study guide): Explains complex topics, answers academic questions, and routes students to practice tools.
• Question Bank: Thousands of ministerial-style questions with instant feedback.
• Study Planner: Helps students organize their time and stay on track.

Safety and Privacy (Plain Language)

We take your child's privacy seriously.

• No Data Selling: We do not sell students' personal data to third parties.
• No AI training on chats: We do not use student chats or study progress to train general-purpose AI models for advertising.
• Private Zaki chats: We do not give parents a log of their child's Zaki chat history—so students can ask freely. Parent linking (WalidAI) shows study progress summaries, not private messages. See Zaki memory & your data.
• Zaki Memory: Your child can control what Zaki remembers about their study preferences in Settings → Privacy & Data.
• Secure Access: We use modern security standards to protect accounts.
• No Password Sharing: Our support team will never ask for your child's password.

Plan limits and paid features

Preview access includes supported subjects, 10 Zaki messages per day, 8 question-bank previews per topic, textbooks and topic flashcards, and up to 2 study plans. Paid Plans unlock unlimited Zaki, the full question bank, uploads, and exam-season tools.

• No Hidden Fees: We don't have hidden charges. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.

Billing and Subscriptions

• Web Payments: Managed directly through our website via secure payment providers.
• Mobile Payments: If your child subscribes via the iOS or Android app, the billing is managed by Apple or Google. See App Store & Google Play billing for details on how to manage these.

TabeebAI is a study aid, not a government entity. For official exam dates, registration fees, and ministry rules, always refer to:

How to Support Your Child

• Encourage Learning, Not Shortcuts: Zaki is designed to help students understand, not just to give them answers to copy.
• Review the Planner: Occasionally check the Study Planner with your child to see their progress.
