Cancel subscription

You can cancel your TabeebAI subscription at any time. Here is how to do it based on how you signed up.

Web Subscriptions

If you subscribed directly on our website:

1. Log in to tabeebai.app.
2. Go to Settings → Subscription.
3. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation steps.

Mobile App Subscriptions (iOS & Android)

If you paid via the App Store or Google Play, we cannot cancel it for you. You must manage it through your device settings.

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

1. Open Settings app.
2. Tap your Name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find TabeebAI and tap Cancel.

Android:

1. Open Google Play Store.
2. Tap your Profile Icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
4. Find TabeebAI and tap Cancel.

Access Until Period Ends

When you cancel, you will still have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days.
