- Web vs App Store: The process differs depending on where you paid.
- No Guarantees: Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on your usage and the time elapsed since purchase.
How to Request a Refund
For Web Purchases: Email support@tawjihiai.com from the email address on your account. Please include:
- Your account email.
- The date of purchase.
- The reason for the refund request.
For App Store & Google Play: You must request refunds directly through Apple or Google. We do not have the authority to process card refunds for payments made through their stores.
What to Expect
We typically reply to web refund requests within 2-3 business days. If approved, it may take 5-10 days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.
