Reset password & sign-in issues

If you're having trouble accessing your account, don't worry. Here is how to get back in.
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to the Sign-In page.
- Click on "Forgot password?".
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a reset link. If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Common Sign-In Issues
- Email Not Arriving: Double-check that you spelled your email correctly. If it still doesn't arrive, your email provider might be blocking our messages.
- Wrong Account: Ensure you are using the same email you used to sign up.
- Social Sign-In: If you originally signed up with Google or Apple, use that same method to sign in instead of a password.
