App Store & Google Play billing

If you subscribed to TabeebAI using our mobile app, your billing is handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). This means TabeebAI does not store your credit card details or manage the transaction directly.
How to Manage Your Subscription
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your Name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select TabeebAI to view details or cancel.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your Profile Icon at the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select TabeebAI to manage your plan.
Refunds for Mobile Purchases
Because Apple and Google manage these payments, they also manage the refund process. TabeebAI support cannot manually refund a charge made through an app store.
- To request a refund: You must follow the official Apple or Google refund links.
- Finding your account: If you need help identifying which TabeebAI account is linked to your mobile purchase, email us at support@tawjihiai.com with your store receipt.
Web vs Mobile
Subscriptions started on the Web are managed in your account settings on tabeebai.app. These cannot be managed through the App Store or Google Play settings.
