How to get support

This guide explains how to get help with TabeebAI. We do not offer phone support; email and WhatsApp are the main channels.
Paid subscribers
Email support@tawjihiai.com with:
- The email on your account
- What you tried and what happened (steps or screenshots help)
- Device and browser (or iOS/Android version)
We usually reply within two business days.
Starter access users
You have access to all help articles and the same contact channels. Response times may be longer during peak exam season.
Unable to log in?
- Try Forgot password on sign in.
- If that fails, email support@tawjihiai.com with subject Cannot sign in and any alternate email you may have used.
Subscription and billing
We can help locate the account used for payment, explain cancellation steps, and review refund eligibility. We may ask you to confirm payment details for security.
Note: We cannot quote refund amounts in advance — each case depends on plan and store rules.
Report a bug
For technical issues, use our WhatsApp report channel: Report a problem (opens WhatsApp).
Include steps to reproduce and a screenshot if possible (no passwords).
